Since ELK Publishing commenced in 2009, it has encountered many setbacks, but has remained steadfast on its challenge to producing unique, creative and highly engaging children's literature. Now some eight years on, it has managed to survive its most difficult hurdle - remaining an active, children's book publishing house in the face of absolutely no funding. Working 20 hours a day, multiple jobs and sinking every last penny into the start up business; founder - Selina Kucks has managed to keep it afloat and on track for growth in 2019.
